Please note that we are not a retail flag shop. Though we do carry many stock flags, they are mainly Canada and Provincial Flags. We do not stock custom decorative flags and novelty items.

The Village of New Maryland has purchased several banners from Aurora over the past two years. They have a great selection of pre-made inventory and they also worked with us to design banners specifically for our municipality. I have found the staff to be very pleasant, helpful, and quick to respond to our inquiries. I have also been impressed with the durability and quality of the banners; they haven't faded and so far none have incurred any damage; even when left up in the winter months. We have had many positive comments on our various banners from both Council and residents, and along with our solar-powered LED light posts and additional beautification efforts, our main road through the Village is now alive with colour throughout the year. We will definitely continue to work with them for any future banner needs. Thank you Aurora Flags & Banners! 5 stars!!

Absolutely amazing customer service. Jeremy went above and beyond to help secure a casket flag for my father after his passing. We live out of country and Jeremy worked to make sure that we could honor our father and his military service one last time. Expedited shipping and it arrived on time and is beautiful. Not only does this company have phenomenal service but they are an example of the kindness and compassion of Canadians!
